Product Features Longer Service Life ROTEK string wound cartridges offer true depth filtration with
high dirt holding capacity and extremely low media migration. The design of the
W series cartridges incorporates both a high-density structure and winding pattern
to make them ideally suited to water with high sediment loads. Temperature and Chemical Compatibility
W series cartridges offer a wide selection of winding and core materials so you
can select the best combination for your filtration needs. Wind materials include
utility grade polypropylene, polyester, natural cotton. Core materials include:
polypropylene, 304 and 316 stainless steel. Greater Solids Holding Capacity
W series string wound cartridges are manufactured using a high speed, continuous
wind process to create a superior one-piece filter in a graded density structure,
effectively combining multiple filtration densities into a single cartridge. Finer
particles are progressively trapped as fluid travels to the center of the filter
allowing for much greater retention capacity when compared with conventional filter
cartridges of the same dimensions and porosity. Wide Choices of Porosities, Diameters and Lengths
W series string wound cartridges reject particles from as low as 1 micron to 200
micron and are available in standard lengths ranging from 5" to 40", other lengths
are available on request. We offer a standard nominal 30mm inside diameter and optional
inside diameters of 16mm, 28mm, 32mm, 48mm. Our standard outside diameter is 40mm
,60mm, 63.5mm, 65mm, 115mm. With such a wide choice, you can tailor your filtration
system to meet your specific needs and budget, whether it be for single pass or
recirculation filtration applications.

Product Features ROTEK GAC series cartridges are designed to remove chlorine and
chlorine-based sanitisers, tastes and odours commonly found in municipal water supplies.
Our GAC filters are designed to allow water to enter one end and pass through the
entire carbon bed contained in the cartridge before exiting, allowing a maximum
contact time between the water and the carbon to effectively remove these contaminants.
An internal expansion pad is built into the cartridge to minimize channeling or
bypass of the water. A nominal 20 micron non-woven post filter is included to reduce
carbon fines and other suspended particles from exiting the cartridge.
Applications Domestic applications: Chlorine and chlorine based sanitiser removal
in point-of-entry appliances and in point-of-use appliances: washing machines, showers
and drinking water units. Commercial applications: Feedwater chlorine and chlorine based
sanitiser removal for health and allied manufacturing industries, chemical and pharmaceutical
industry, and as a pre-treatment step to protect reverse osmosis units.

Product Features
CTO-series Carbon Block Cartridges are made from select grades of coconut, palm
or nut shell or coal based carbons to best suit the application. The unique pore
structure of these carbon types make them well suited for efficient chemical adsorption,
including the removal of VOCs, while reducing chlorine and chemicals that contribute
to taste and odour. Carbon Block Cartridges provide 1~20μm particulate filtration
and may be used for sediment as well as for tastes, odour and chlorine removal from
feedwater suplies.
The service life of a CTO-Series Carbon Block Cartridges is greatly extended by
an outer layer of a 10~15μm polypropylene non-woven pre-filtration media that
removes suspended solids in many installations without the need for additional pre-filtration.
Carbon Block Cartridges are ideal for residential and food service applications
where improving the taste and appearance of the water is the primary objective.
Applications Domestic use: Chlorine removal in point-of-entry appliances and
in point-of-use appliances: washing machines, showers and drinking water units. Commercial use: Chlorine removal in health food product manufacturing,
chemical and pharmaceutical industry, and as essential pre-treatment for the protection
of reverse osmosis membranes.

Product Features
PF Series cartridges are constructed of durable, spun bond non-woven, reusable polyester
fabric which allows for limited re-use. The standard 9-3/4" element has more than
from 9-7/8" to 30" four square feet of fabric media while the large diameter (PF-EB)
version has more than sixteen square feet. The media has been pleated to maximize
its dirt holding capacity and extend the time period between changes. The media's
chemical and bacteria resistance makes these cartridges suitable for most light
industrial and well water applications.
