Product Features
The CONCEPT PLUS product series covers a capacity range of 0.6 l/h-10 bar to 13.5 l/h-1.5 bar. Its compact construction makes it ideal for use alongside general bracket-mounted installations and chemical storage tanks and especially for use with machines such as grinding systems, car-washing systems, rinsing machines, etc.
Regulation of the required dose is infinitely variable via the stroke length in the range of 10-100 % or can be set at 1 of the 4 settings via the stroke frequency. This gives an adjustment ratio of 1:40. In addition to manually setting the stroke frequency, the pump can also be set up for use via zero volts contacts, where there is a flow meter or a metering and control system.

An "external control" retrofit kit is available for this purpose; the retrofitting can be carried out on-site at the customer’s premises. Unlimited flexibility means a saving on storage costs.
The material combination of PPE 2 and NPB 2 with bleeding valve is available for dosing heads, providing a solution for almost every type of dosing function in the area of water treatment.
