UF Membrane Elements

UF membranes are built with robust outside-in PVDF fiber technology. The hollow fibers feature high clean-ability, low chemical consumption, high recovery, and a superior combination of mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Ultrafiltration modules are especially suitable for drinking water and are certified under NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for safe use in drinking water applications.

  • Excellent removal of colloids, particles, bacteria, and viruses. Protection of downstream equipment and processes such as RO. High flux membrane. High surface area for good packing density and small footprint. Low chemical consumption. High chemical-resistance PVDF that allows aggressive chemical use for treating challenging water when needed. Long term performance from mechanically strong fibers, easy cleaning and wettability providing long membrane life and reliable operation. Temperature tolerant for more effective cleaning. High tolerance to feed solids. Ability to treat challenging water with limited pretreatment. Outside-In flow configuration allowing a wide range of solids in the feed water minimizing the need for pretreatment processes and reducing the backwash volume compared to Inside-Out configurations
